I couldn't be more pleased to paint this for the delightful Hal and Olivia - and they didn't even tell me until it was done that it was a wedding gift to each other 😭 scroll to the end to see how cute they are!
Grackles and flowers and moons, inspired by Mexican Talavera designs and the old bird scamp himself, Mr. Audobon. That guy's got a wacky history, he would've loved instagram i think :( :) The rainbow Olivia painted around the doorway informed my color palette, and inspired high precision - her lines were perfect! Flawless!
