Mural Flash!
One of the most joyful parts of my job has been painting small scale in people’s houses! It’s an unusual intimacy, encouraging people to make their living space weirder and better. Also, I’m seeking opportunities to paint more large-scale work in the same style as my little plein air paintings that you’ve probably seen - fast, fun, fancy-free!
So I have commission format available for small-scale residential projects that is more affordable and faster than a typical mural project.
How It Works
I’ve collected a whole bunch of images I’ve been dying to paint from, and I’m offering a fixed-price service where I’ll come and paint a mural inspired by one picture of your choice. Normally a custom mural design and execution is a pretty long process, but this will only take about 2-3 days! There’s minimal prep or back-and-forth planning required, and you get a large-scale piece of original art in your home for, honestly, a wildly low price.
You choose from this special collection of “Flash” images for me to paint from. One mural per photo - once it’s been painted, I’ll retire it from the sheet. (It's like tattoo flash, get it?) The design will be closely inspired by the photo and adapted to fit your space.
